We use the classic lost wax technique.
A wax positive is created using the silicone mould and coated with a plaster/chamotte/water mass.
This traditional process still guarantees optimum casting results and the finest reproduction of the surface.
The moulding material is recycled and we have no problems with hazardous waste.
With an oven capacity of approx. 40 square metres, we can handle even the largest projects quickly and flexibly.
